What does this mean?
this means everything is up and running as it should be, and we should be with you around our usual time. If you wish to let us know that your bin is not accessible for whatever reason, please contact us.
What does this mean?
this means all rounds for the week have been completed, we only work weekends if we have had a major setback during the week. If your bin has not been cleaned and you believe it should have been, please contact us immediately.
What does this mean?
This means something has happened before or during the day that has caused a delay. we will still get to you, but it may be a little later than usual. Please leave your bin(s) accessible to us.
What does this mean?
this means one or more of our rounds are unable to be completed before the end of today, If we are unable to make it to you, you should receive a text notification explaining the reason for this, and we should be able to complete cleaning the following day. Please leave your bin(s) accessible to us.
What does this mean?
This means one or more of our rounds have had to be shut down. If this applies to you, you will receive a text notification. If you are not sure what this means for your direct debit, then we can help to clear this up. Over the year, you will pay either a monthly, 6-monthly or annual payment to us for two cleans each month, which makes 24 cleans per year. All 24 of these cleans will be honoured. Your bin, however, gets emptied 26 times per year by the council. This gives us two collections each year that we don’t take payment for, one of these collections is saved for emergencies throughout the year, and the other is always used up at Christmas.

£9.00 per month (£4.50 per clean)
£51.00 six-monthly (£4.25 per clean)
£96.00 annually (£4.00 per clean)

*We would recommend getting your general waste bin(s) cleaned fortnightly and if you wish, your recycle and/or grass bin cleaned monthly.
Do you have any holidays throughout the year?
as one of our customers, you will pay a monthly direct debit for 2 cleans each month (24 cleans per year)… all 24 of these cleans will be honoured.
however, because your bin(s) are collected 26 times per year, this gives us 2 collections that we can use as “holidays”.
one of these is used when we have a two-week shutdown over the Christmas period, we finish on the last Friday before the 25th of December. We start back again on the Monday 17 days later.
the other may be used at some point in the summer, you will be made aware of both of these beforehand.
Can you clean my bin(s) if they have rubbish in them?
whether or not we can clean your bin(s) with rubbish in them would depend on the amount of waste there is. We usually say if your bin is half empty then we will bag up or remove what we can and once cleaned we will place the rubbish back in the bin. If the rubbish is too heavy or is more than half full then the bin will be deemed as “not emptied” and will be cleaned on your next collection date.
Is there anything you cannot clean out of my bin(s)?
in most cases no, the only times we can’t clean your bin(s) are if there is a large amount of wet paint or motor oil inside them. We also won’t be able to clean your wheelie bin(s) if it hasn’t been emptied or is locked away.
can I pay cash to get my bin(s) cleaned?
Unfortunately, if you want your wheelie bin(s) cleaned as a regular service, we no longer accept cash as a method of payment for new customers. we use a company called GoCardless to collect payments via direct debit. PayPal can also be used in some cases.
I have got a new bank card, what should I do?
Don’t worry, all direct debits are now linked to your bank account, not your card. if you have changed your bank account or wish to use a new bank account to pay for your service then get in touch with us and we will send you a new direct debit link.
What should I do if I’m moving home?
If you know where it is you’re moving to then please make us aware, if we still cover your new address you won’t have to do anything we will just change your address on the round.
if we don’t cover your new address then we will cancel your direct debit for you and refund any outstanding credits.
can I choose the day that my payment debits?
yes, once you have set up your direct debit, get in touch with us right away and we can get this sorted out for you.
can I change my subscription?
if you wish to add or remove bin(s) from your plan or change your plan in any way then that’s fine, contact us asap we can help you get on to the subscription you want.
